Bellpenny’s former director of acquisitions has joined Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers.
Dominic Rose left Bellpenny two months ago after overseeing the firm’s takeovers strategy for over four years.
Mr Rose will lead his new firm’s growth strategy in London and will report to managing director Nigel Speirs.
Mr Rose said his new firm “occupies a unique space in the market”.
He said: “I’m really excited to be part of this ambitious new Financial Planning company and look forward to working with the rest of the team, both in London and across the country, to build on the terrific foundations already put in place.”
Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has established a number of regional offices, including London, since launch in 2015. The regional hubs are aimed at giving the business an expanding national presence, providing the infrastructure to support future growth across the UK, officials said.
Mr Speirs said: “Dominic is a perfect fit for Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers, joining us with strong credentials from an acquisitive national adviser business. Myself and all my colleagues are delighted Dominic has decided to join us at an exciting time for our new financial planning business.”
Mr Rose’s previous jobs have included director at Exsto Capital from January 2011 to May 2012 and head of acquisitions and wholesale at Towergate Financial from December 2010 to April 2012.
