Fidelity roadshows focus on post-RDR challenges for Financial Planners
Financial Planner Ian Thomas CFPCM will be sharing his RDR insight at a series of roadshows in association with Fidelity.
Mr Thomas, who is a Financial Planner at Pilot Financial Planning in Dartmouth, will be speaking on the current challenges faced by advisers post-RDR and how to address them.
He will also examine the issues of client psychology and client segmentation and how this affects his advice proposition.
Mr Thomas also sits on the Investment Platform and Distribution Advisory Council at the Tax Incentivised Savings Association.
The Fidelity and FundsNetwork roadshows are being held between 22 April and 2 May to address issues post-RDR. These include demonstrating value to clients, meeting regulatory expectations, efficient risk profiling, defining client propositions and fund assessments.

Other speakers include Trevor Greetham, James Bateman and Russell Lancaster from Fidelity and Paul Richards from FundsNetwork.

The roadshows are accredited for two hours of CPD by the Institute of Financial Planning.
