A Financial Planning firm has appointed a new director to its senior management team. Stuart Budgen has been given the role at Francis Clark Financial Planning, based in South West England. Mr Budgen, 41, an experienced Financial Planner, who was the co-founder of an independent financial advisory firm that was sold in July 2013, will be based at the Plymouth office. He has worked for over 15 years in customer-focused financial services organisations. Mr Budgen said: "It's an honour to take on a significant managerial role at FCFP in addition to my Financial Planning services. "FCFP have assembled an impressive team of highly qualified Financial Planners as well as technical services and client liaison teams. They are all committed to making sure every client is given exemplary service and receives exceptional advice."

The company was formed in 2011 after two South West Financial Planning businesses merged and it has offices in Exeter, Plymouth, Salisbury, Taunton, Tavistock, Torquay and Truro.
