Fintel IQ appoints new chief sales officer
Fintel IQ, Fintel’s fintech arm, has appointed Paul Chedzey to a newly-created role of chief sales officer.
Parent company Fintel owns adviser support firms SimplyBiz and Defaqto and has acquired numerous tech firms recently to form its new Fintel IQ division.
Mr Chedzey has held senior sales and client management roles at Iress, Dynamic Planner and Inteliflo.
He will work across Fintel’s expanding fintech interests after a number of recent acquisitions and has the target of accelerating sales.
Fintel IQ was launched in May and includes Plannr, Defaqto, VouchedFor, Competent Adviser, Synaptic, ifaDASH, APS and Owen James.
Its aim is to help large intermediary businesses manage their advice and regulatory processes through a single connected technology platform.
