Fund raising launched in memory of Curtis Banks' Greg Kingston
A fund raising page has been set up in memory of Curtis Banks communications director Greg Kingston who died tragically in July at the age of 47 in a holiday road accident.
The fund raising campaign has so far raised more than £1,300.
Set up by friend Louise Dolan, the page says: "When Greg died in France on 25 July we all lost a part of ourselves. He was a larger than life character that had time for everyone he met. Greg was a proud father, doting husband, loving son, supportive brother and enthusiastic great friend to many.
"His loss is unimaginable and there has been an outpouring of grief with many friends and colleagues wanting to send tributes, cards and flowers to Kat and the family. All of which is appreciated, but rather than flowers, they would like Greg’s untimely death to help others and that is why this charitable giving page has been set up."

The fund raising campaign is raising money for two charities Mr Kingston's memory.
The first is Parkinson’s UK, a charity close to his heart and a disease which impacted his immediate family. The second charity is SERVSC who provide essential services to five NHS hospitals locally. Mr Kingston trained to be a volunteer for the charity although time constraints meant he could not help as much as he wanted.
Condolence cards can also be sent to:

Mr Kingston, a long time motor bike and motor sports enthusiast, went on holiday to the Alps as the lockdown restrictions eased but was hit by a car on the way back to his hotel and died from injuries. He joined Suffolk Life (now Curtis Banks) in 2007.
He became group communications director in 2017 and was responsible for marketing, product management and governance and complaints management. He was involved when Suffolk Life was acquired by Curtis Banks and led the rebranding and development of the business.
The company said his “enthusiasm and passion for life” were evident in everything he did from his colourful golfing trousers to the way he threw himself into charity Bake Off challenges and to supporting friends and colleagues.
Will Self, chief executive of Curtis Banks, said: “Greg was a true friend to many of us and a professional and charismatic colleague to us all. Greg made a huge contribution to the full integration of the Curtis Banks Group brand and proposition, making it the market leading organisation that it is today."
