Hornbuckle Mitchell and Baigrie Davies join IFPTV
The Institute of Financial Planning has added programmes from Sipp and Ssas provider Hornbuckle Mitchell and Baigrie Davies to its IFPTV channel.
Hornbuckle Mitchell will be creating three programmes designed to help Financial Planners with retirement planning in 2012.
The first programme involves IFP chief executive Nick Cann interviewing Hornbuckle Mitchell’s managing director Dave White and a discussion on flexible drawdown with its senior technical consultant Lisa Webster.
Mr White said: “We’re delighted to have teamed up with the IFP on this project as we are extremely keen to support the needs of Financial Planners in this specialist area.
“We’re confident that our programmes will create an interesting and educational package, providing Financial Planners with a valuable means of developing their knowledge in a user-friendly way.”
Future programmes from Hornbuckle Mitchell include a talk on Ssas pensions and the basics of capped drawdown.
As well as these talks, IFPTV also interviews director Arthur Davies CFPCM and managing director Ian Howe from Baigrie Davies.
Baigrie Davies was one of the first Accredited Financial Planning Firms TM last October.
Mr Cann said: “The latest series of programmes complement the existing IFPTV programme framework very well and I’m sure they will prove equally popular with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and advisers alike.”
