Following the IFP membership election which has taken place over the summer months, the names of the four new directors were announced at the IFP Annual General Meeting at Celtic Manor on 1 October.
The IFP welcomes Richard Allum, CFP^CM of Paraplan Plus, Ian S. Howe CFP^CM of Baigrie Davies, Melony Holman CFP^CM of Compliance and Training Solutions Ltd and Chris Williams CFP^CM from Ashcourt Rowan who will join the board for the 2013 strategy meeting in December.

Nick Cann, chief executive of IFP said: "This was the closest run board election that I can remember and I thank all members who took time out to vote. I'm delighted to have four great new people on our Board drawn from all quarters of our profession. Our new President Becky Taylor FIFP, CFP^CM will be leading a reasonably new team overall. Their excellent individual track records in a range of different areas will be a great help to us in shaping the future of the Financial Planning."
