In September, IFP welcomed two new members of staff to its team at Whitefriars in Bristol.
Ryan Haylock is the new IFP marketing manager, working alongside communications director Sue Whitbread.
Ryan joins IFP with ten years' experience in managing marketing campaigns after graduating in marketing management and business IT. He's worked in a variety of roles including corporate marketing at Lloyds TSB and membership marketing at Bristol Zoo Gardens.
His role at the IFP involves developing and driving the marketing plan forward to grow the IFP membership base as well as identifying opportunities to help IFP members develop their skills through IFP events and training programmes. Ryan takes over from Lucy Dolben who left the IFP in August.
Also joining IFP, replacing Marianne Mitchell who had been with the IFP on a one year contract, is Ben Purchas. Ben is IFP's new business development and operations co-ordinator and is a biology graduate from Swansea University. Nick Cann, CEO of IFP comments "Ryan and Ben are both very talented individuals who are already playing a big part in moving the IFP forward and I'm sure they will continue to do so."
