Planning at IFP HQ is well under way for the 2013 programme of events.
The IFP's final event of the year takes place on 19 and 20 November when leading Financial Planners from all over Scotland and the North will gather in Edinburgh for the popular Scottish Conference.
Kicking off on Monday is a workshop with a great line up focused on the principles and practice of Financial Planning, sponsored by Transact. Speakers include Robert Lockie FIFP, CFP
CM on Assumptions in Financial Planning, new IFP board member Richard Allum CFP
CM on cashflow modelling, Kim Bendall CFP
CM on Paraplanning and Paul Armson on making sure clients "GET" Financial Planning.
On Tuesday the conference, which is sponsored by Seven Investment Management, has a great line up which will be supported by the usual fantastic atmosphere at the event.
Paul Resnik of FinaMetrica will doubtless provide a thought- provoking session on creating a framework to establish client trust while John Neal, who proved a hit at the annual conference a few years back, is bound to stimulate lots of ideas with his focus on using a coaching approach to boost delegates' behavioural skills.
