IFP members invited to Orlando for FPA annual conference
Institute of Financial Planning members are invited to attend the Financial Planning Association's annual conference in Florida.
The FPA is the IFP's equivalent in the United States and the conference will take place in Orlando, Florida from 19-21 October.
Over 2,000 delegates are expected to attend from more than 20 countries globally.
There will be a wide range of sessions, networking opportunities and more than 70 speakers.
Topics include behavioural economics, retirement strategies, taxation, global allocation and planning during serious illness.

There are various extra opportunities for international guests including a visit to an American Financial Planner's office, best practice roundtable, international community dinner and reception.
An international community gathering will take place prior to the conference for countries such as Australia, UK and the Netherland to discuss Financial Planning. This is expected to include issues such as the UK's commission ban, influence of technology, social media and financial literacy.
Tickets for international delegates cost $525 (£352) and this also includes a free one-year membership to the FPA. There is also a discount code for IFP members which is INTNM13 and should be entered in the promotions box on the payment page.
