James Hay has hired a new Chief Operating Officer to boost service performance and help it develop into a “fully fledged platform”.
This morning, the platform for retirement wealth planning unveiled Julia Warrack, who has worked for JP Morgan Chase. She will join the platform in April.
Ms Warrack was described by her new employers as “a highly experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record across a range of industry sectors, including financial services - both investment and retail banking”.
Alastair Conway, James Hay CEO, said: “We have made service our number one priority for 2017, so that we can build on the strong foundations laid last year. Our insight work shows that the benefits of that work are starting to be felt by advisers, but we have a way to go yet.
“Julia’s financial services knowledge will be a boon to the business however it is her successful track record in leveraging technology to improve user experience and deliver business transformation in other sectors that excites me most. She’ll provide a fresh perspective and insight around how we can ensure service excellence underpins the next stage of our development into a fully fledged platform.”
Ms Warrack: “I’m looking forward to getting started and continuing the enhancement works which are already in motion.”
