Kingswood unveils all-in-one client portal
Fast growing Financial Planning and wealth management firm Kingswood has unveiled a new online portal for clients called Kingswood Go.
The portal has been created with technology from wealth fintech moneyinfo and is available via desktop and mobile app to appeal to young and older clients.
It allows clients to:
- Access and track investments, pensions and savings
- Hold all their financial information from other providers such as insurance products, property and bank accounts as well as other assets
- Securely communicate with their adviser
- Share and digitally sign documents
- Create an 'in-case-of-emergency' folder where important paperwork and insurances are kept in one place
Kingswood says the new portal creates a single client view for advisers and should improve workflow and communications with clients
Lucy Whitehead, chief client officer at Kingswood, said: “We’re delighted to launch Kingswood Go, a product generated from comprehensive feedback gathered from our clients. We are proud to have built this new offering made available both via desktop and mobile app in response to requests from both the older and younger generations.”
