Manse Capital appoints new MD and expands staff
Leeds-based Chartered Financial Planning firm Manse Capital has promoted Paul Everett, previously operations director, to managing director and made a number of new hires as part of its long-term expansion plans.
The company, also a CISI Accredited firm, recently recruited two new managers in marketing and compliance as part of a five year plan to expand all operational departments. Jessica Dodds will be the first hire in Manse Capital’s marketing team, heading the team.
With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Susan Richardson joins Manse Capital as compliance manager. She has worked as a Paraplanner, adviser, compliance and operations manager.
Mr Everett said: “Being appointed managing director will enable the directors, who are also the company’s Financial Planners, to focus on engaging with clients and building new client relationships. Our new management recruits will support us in strategically mobilising our efforts to pursue greater internal and business growth. My role over the coming years will be to work more closely with the newly formed management team to put the ambitious plans into action.”
Ms Dodds said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Manse Capital with the new plans in place for growth. Marketing will play a vital role in positioning the company to not only attract and retain clients, but appeal to those who are looking for new career prospects.”
Ms Richardson said: “I am a firm believer that a robust compliance regime is the foundation on which positive outcomes are achieved for both the clients and the company. I’m looking forward to being part of Manse Capital’s ambitious growth journey and thrilled to be working with a company which has such a fantastic service offering for clients.”
