Midlands Financial Planner boosts team with two appointments
Nottinghamshire-based Financial Planning firm Cowens Financial Architects, a recently-rebranded part of the Cowens Group, has made two new appointments this month as it seeks further expansion.
David Carroll and Josh Coelho join the Mansfield-based firm to help expand its customer base of private and commercial clients across the Midlands and further afield.
Mr Coleho has taken a Paraplanning role to support Cowens’ high net worth private clients. He joined Kirkby in Ashfield-based firm Hampshire Hill in 2015 to begin his Financial Planning training.
David Carroll returns to Cowens after seven years away. He previously worked for Cowens as a Paraplanner between 2005 and 2011, and now re-joins the company as a Financial Planner, working closely with the business’ private clients and managing director, Tony Duckworth.
After leaving Cowens in 2011, he went on to a Paraplanner role at Fiscal Engineers before spending two and a half years at Cooper Parry Wealth as a Paraplanner manager and Financial Planning manager.
He said: “Returning to Cowens was an offer I couldn’t refuse – after reconnecting with Tony and hearing of the Financial Planner role, I jumped at the chance.”
“My new role provides the opportunity to continue providing Financial Planning solutions to clients, helping them make the right financial decisions. Working alongside Tony, we can implement new methods and techniques, improve efficiencies and create strong foundations for growth, whilst maintaining the highest possible standard of service that Cowens is famous for.”
Managing director of Cowens Financial Architects and Employee Benefits Tony Duckworth, said: “We’re delighted to have Josh come onboard and David re-join us. Both have the attitude and qualities we look for in our employees – integrity, drive, ambition and a high-quality standard of customer care.”
Cowens Financial Architects also provides corporate Financial Planning through Cowens Employee Benefits.
