New chairmen for IFP branch network in 2014
The Institute of Financial Planning has welcomed three new branch chairman to its branch network.
The IFP branch network consists of 22 branches around the UK, broken down into North England, Midlands, West, London and South, East and Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Branch chairman are initially elected for two-year terms and then can decide to be re-elected for another two years or step down.
2013 will see Lien Luu CFPCM take over from Chris Bowmer CFPCM as chairman of the Northern Home Counties region.
Ms Luu is a senior lecturer in financial services at the University of Northampton and formerly a financial adviser at Chancery IFA.

In Bristol, Ed Green CFPCM will take over Julian Frere CFPCM. Mr Green is a senior Financial Planner at Close Brothers Asset Management.
In Birmingham, Brian Benson CFPCM will take over from Ian Smith CFPCM. Mr Benson is the managing director and Financial Planner at Crown Wealth in Shropshire.
Planning for next year's IFP branch programme will take place in September 2013 and IFP members are urged to contact their branch chairman with ideas and suggestions.
