Adviser platform Novia has appointed Christina Dolding as director of adviser and customer experience.

She will take responsibility for all areas of customer service for advisers.

Novia has been reshuffling its executive team following its takeover by private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners, which completed in May.

She joins the platform from LV= where she worked in the Heritage business for two and half years.

Prior to LV=, Ms Dolding spent nearly 13 years at Quilter during which time she held a number of senior roles including head of customer experience and innovation.

In the newly created role, Ms Dolding will report to COO Lynzi Harrison who joined the platform in December. The pair worked together at LV= where Ms Harrison was managing director of the Heritage business.

Other recent appointments include Barry Neilson who is set to join the platform as chief commercial officer next month.

Former CEO Bill Vasilieff left the platform in June and was replaced by Patrick Mill, the former leader of fellow AnaCap-owned platform Wealthtime. 

AnaCap has also made a raft of other appointments to the Novia board including Robert Massey, managing director at AnaCap, Ken Fry, Jane Dale and Dominic Easton.

Novia has over £8.9bn of pension and investment assets under administration for over 61,000 clients.
