Openwork appoints ex-AXA exec as chief people officer
Openwork, one of the UK’s biggest financial advisory networks, has appointed Carrier Morris from AXA to be its new chief people officer.
She will joined the executive team at the company and will be responsible for all “staff-related activity.”
Openwork has over 3,800 financial advisers in the UK. It operates as a directly authorised, multi-panel distribution network.
At AXA where she held the role of European HR Director for the IT division. She has worked at companies ranging from start-ups to organisations with 10,000-plus employees in a wide range of sectors including telecoms, manufacturing, music and IT.
Her 30-year HR career started at Zurich Financial Services where she spent 10 years, and she has subsequently worked for firms including Auxillus, MixRadio and Apetito.
