Platform provider Parmenion has bolstered its growing sales department in the North East, with the appointment of a new sales manager.

Paul Bowen joins the firm from Pictet Asset Management as regional sales manager for the North East and Yorkshire and has almost 30 years experience in banking, IFA and fund management.

Parmenion is part of Aberdeen Asset Management and looks after assets worth over £3.5bn.

Mr Bowen said: "As a professional company offering solutions-based outcomes, Parmenion was the right option for me. I am really excited to be joining at this stage of the Parmenion journey."
