Rathbones has appointed ex-chief executive of Ashcourt Rowan as its new head of Financial Planning.
Gaius Jones, a Chartered Financial Planner, has more than 25 years’ experience of working with clients and their professional advisers at a senior level.
He has previously worked for Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning as chief executive and led the "re-engineering of the firm’s approach to Financial Planning".
Mr Jones has also held senior positions at John Scott and Partners and was a board member of Towry.
