Selectapension to expand and bolster staff numbers
Selectapension is to move to new premises as the firm expands and looks to bolster its staff numbers.
Managing director Andy McCabe, is hopeful that the move to new premises in Crowborough, East Sussex, will reduce overheads and improve communication between teams.
He said: “When Selectapension moved into the current premises, 6 years ago, the company had a team of about 12 people. We’ve been growing steadily, particularly in the last 18 months, and we are close to capacity at our current premises.
“So, we took the opportunity to purchase and refurbish new premises in the centre of Crowborough. They are sited next door to the Selectapension Bureau Services office. The move will bring the two sides of the business closer together which will reduce some overheads and improve communication between teams, whilst providing plenty of capacity for additional staff as we grow.”
Mr McCabe also said that Selectapension now has close to 50 members of staff on its books and the company is hoping to expand staff numbers by a further 10-15% by the end of the financial year.
As a result, the firm is looking to recruit in a number of positions in the coming months, including Paraplanning roles.
He said: “We are always interested in hearing from people with a financial services, Paraplanning or IT background, who could bring their experience and skills to our technical or bureau services teams. We are also recruiting for a number of new sales and customer service roles that we are hoping to fill in the next two or three months.”
