Sesame Bankhall Group's chief executive and finance director are both leaving, the company has announced today.
George Higginson, the chief executive, is leaving after three years with the group along with finance director Paul Hooper, who has held this position for four years.
The new structure for the business includes expanded roles for chairman John Cowan and managing director Stephen Gazard.
Jim Kelly, who has held senior roles with Lloyds Abbey Life, RBS and Aviva during a 30 year career, has been appointed finance director.
Mr Cowan continues to lead the SBG Board.

Mr Gazard, who joined SBG 12 months ago, will now report into Mr Cowan and will take on a wider remit, with responsibility for leading the executive team.
Mr Higginson said: "I am proud to have contributed to SBG's successful transformation into a broad based financial services group and I feel it is now the right time for me to seek a new challenge."
Mr Cowan said: "I would like to thank George and Paul for their valuable contribution to the business and we wish them well for the future."
