SIPP and SSAS firm Talbot and Muir has announced a suite of website upgrades to aid advisers.
The revamp includes improved online applications, more data feeds from fund managers and video guides to assist with applications.
The pensions industry constantly changes and Talbot and Muir regularly review the processes and procedures that it has in place to see how these can be improved, the firm says.
Following a recent review among advisers and staff, a suite of website enhancements have been rolled out, including:
• Improved online applications including expanded data entry and validation • Additional data feeds from fund managers giving more up-to-date valuations in the IFA portal and via SIPP Web for clients • Video guides to assist with online applications • Regularly updated technical content • Improvements to navigation • Additional due diligence information such as the third party awards and ratings
Brian Talbot, director, Talbot and Muir, said: “We constantly review how we work with advisers and third party firms to ensure that we are providing the best possible service and support.
“Advisers need to deliver an efficient and cost effective service and anything that we can do to streamline the administration of the SIPPs and SSASs they have with us, is welcomed by all concerned.
“The continued investment in our website is further evidence of our long term commitment to the market.”
