Tenet, an adviser support group, is offering its clients interest-free funding to help with meeting the costs for QCF Level 4 qualification.
This is part of a programme aimed at getting businesses RDR-ready by January 2013.
The package also includes subsidised training programmes and online and face-to-face training.
Each adviser who takes part in the programme is also given a mentor to answer questions about all aspects of training and offer emotional support.
Tenet says the mentoring feature can help to build up confidence and combat the psychological challenges around taking exams.
Tenet also helps with decisions about the variety of different qualification routes to take from diploma to gap-fill.
Keith Richards, group distribution and development director, said: “ Acting sooner regarding qualifications will help to mitigate the pressure felt by many advisers and it is therefore important we provide additional mechanisms to encourage and support a move from action to intent.
“Advisers are busy enough dealing with day-to-day business matters, so once they agree to proceed all of the administration is taken care of for them.
“Even the decision-making in terms of qualification routes is supported, to ensure the whole journey is as stress-free as possible.”
The programme follows the launch of the ‘Business Excellence Programme’ which looks at creating sustainable businesses for post-RDR.
