Transact adds Timeline data integration facility
Platform Transact has added a facility to allow users of the Timeline pension app to import Transact client portfolio data.
Timeline is an app that provides advanced retirement income modelling which can be used for drawdown and other scenarios.
The integration will enable advisers to import Transact data, such as client details and account holdings, into Timeline, say the companies.
The Timeline integration is the latest third party integration provided by Transact.
Advisers using Transact with Timeline will be able to:
- assess the sustainability of withdrawal from drawdown portfolios
- show clients how different scenarios may impact their portfolio
- prepare clients for market volatility
- highlight longevity risk
Samantha Anderson, marketing manager at Transact, said: “This, our latest third party data integration, demonstrates how reports derived from our platform can be integrated with third party tools.”
Abraham Okusanya, CEO and founder at Timelineapp, said: “Decumulation is one of the biggest challenges for advisory firms. This integration means that data can move seamlessly from Transact to Timeline and advisers can create robust withdrawal strategies accurately and efficiently.”
