XPS Pensions adds 11 new partners
XPS Pensions has promoted 11 new partners and more than 150 people across its actuarial, pensions, investment, administration, SIPP and analytics businesses.
The firm said the promotions have been made across all 16 XPS locations in the UK and became effective this month.

The new partners (see below) are: Kevin Allwork, head of XPS Administration Projects; Dan Auton, head of XPS Demographics Analytics; Neil Bradford, head of XPS Administration Client Management; Darryl James, head of XPS Administration Business Development; Shelley Jeffery, head of XPS Actuarial Calculations; Neil Kennedy, head of XPS Perth Office; Steve Morris, Scheme Actuary; Steve Powell, head of XPS Client Communications team; Sian Pringle, head of XPS Investment Risk Settlement; Mark Searle, head of XPS DC Investment and David Warren, head of XPS Administration Business Services Group.
New Partners:
- Kevin Allwork heads XPS Administration’s Projects team, a specialised resource within XPS Administration, oversees tasks ranging from GMP rectification, data cleansing, benefit rectification to buyouts and wind-ups.
- Dan Auton heads our Demographics Analytics team which develops XPS’s new range of analysis tools. He also leads XPS’s Railways Pension Scheme specialist team which advises 26 of its sponsoring employers.
- Neil Bradford heads XPS Administration’s Client Management team which focusses on service delivery for XPS’s one million members under administration.
- Darryl James heads XPS’s Administration Business Development team, managing XPS’s business growth through new appointments and developing new services for clients.
- Shelley Jeffery heads up XPS’s actuarial calculation teams that focus on developing technical calculations required for pension scheme funding and ensure every client achieves its compliance requirements.
- Neil Kennedy heads XPS’s Perth office and the XPS Administration team in Newcastle. He also leads the function that delivers the DB administration capability for XPS’s partnership with the abrdn master trust.
- Steve Morris is a Scheme Actuary and is a specialist in our Risk Settlement team which ensures schemes achieve their endgame objectives. He is also leads on XPS’s business development in northern England.
- Steve Powell heads XPS’s Client Communications team of nine communication consultants, designers and digital specialists which helps over 100 clients engage with their members.
- Sian Pringle heads XPS’s Investment Risk Settlement team, which ensures schemes can develop the most appropriate investment strategies to deliver their journey plan and achieve their endgame objectives.
- Mark Searle heads XPS’s DC Investment team and is focussed on developing its proposition and analytical capabilities to improve pension scheme decision-making.
- David Warren leads XPS Administration’s Business Services Group which manages large, complex administration transitions, the management and business analysis of client projects and delivers business change.
