XPS Pensions creates 11 new partners
Pensions consulting and administration business XPS Pensions Group has promoted 147 people, including 11 new partners, across its actuarial, pensions, investment, covenant, administration and SIPP businesses.
The promotions have been made in all 15 XPS locations in the UK, the company said.

The new partners are Chris Barnes, Faye Clark, Siân Dance, Neil Easto, Nader Edmunds, Alex Radhakrishnan, Kevin Shiel, Julia van de Mortel, Ragulan Vigneswaran, Iain Wilson and Kelvin Xu.
- Chris Barnes heads the XPS DC pensions strategy solutions group, which manages and develops XPS’s range of DC pension tools and consulting solutions.
- Faye Clark is head of XPS’s investment manager research team, responsible for fund ratings and involved in all research projects. She also leads the Investment D&I group and represents XPS on several external D&I partnerships.
- Siân Dance heads XPS administration’s income and expenditure team, focusing on revenue and cost control as part of the annual budgeting process. She also co-chairs the XPS women’s network which supports XPS’s gender inclusive culture.
- Neil Easto is the regional operations manager heading up the administration business in the Reading, Bristol and Portsmouth offices. He oversees the delivery of administration services for more than 150 schemes.
- Nader Edmunds leads a specialist team in the risk transfer sector servicing, a leading pensions insurance buy-in and buyout provider.
- Alex Radhakrishnan heads the insurer counterparty assessment practice and is a specialist in providing covenant advice in navigating corporate events.
- Kevin Shiel heads XPS’s administration public sector business development team and manages XPS’s public sector business growth through new appointments and developing new services for clients.
- Julia van de Mortel heads XPS administration’s master trust team and provides expert support to the delivery of XPS’s wider DC administration services.
- Ragulan Vigneswaran is a specialist covenant adviser to schemes and sponsors across a range of industries. He provides integrated advice on contingent funding structures, through corporate events and on endgame solutions.
- Iain Wilson heads XPS administration’s technical team which provides pension’s technical support to the administration teams running XPS’s public and private sector clients.
- Kelvin Xu heads the development of XPS/Penfida’s simply covenant solution for more budget constrained schemes. He also provides ongoing covenant advice for more than 30 pension schemes.
The group said that it had continued to perform “strongly” with Pensions Actuarial Consulting revenues up 20% year on year, Pensions Investment Consulting revenues up 13%, administration revenues up 24% and SIPP revenues rising 17% year on year.
