Mr Nevett, who works for Freedom Financial Planning in the Peak District, is working with young players at the team's academy.
The firm was approached by the Rugby Players Association (RPA) to give workshops at clubs in the North and the Midlands on how rugby players could look after their finances.
This is part of a wider programme by the RPA to educate young players on topics such as health, drugs and finance.

Mr Nevett said: "I love rugby and this combines work with pleasure. For many players, this is their first professional contract and they need to have an education to have a career outside of rugby.
"We give them information on property, if they're buying their first house, pensions, budgets and show them Financial Planning software such as Truth."
Rugby careers are regularly cut short by injury or illness and Mr Nevett said it was important to have a plan should this happen.
He said: "Many players want to stay in rugby by doing coaching as rugby is their world but others want to become PE teachers and some want to work in finance."
The RPA now want to take the programme nationally and Mr Nevett said he would consider this if they wanted him to continue.
