IWP acquires South West firm Westinsure Webb
The growing Financial Planning firm Independent Wealth Planners (IWP) has made another acquisition in the South West with Westinsure Webb Financial Services joining its regional hub, Kelsall Steele Investment Services.
Westinsure Webb is based in Truro has been serving clients in the region for over 60 years.
Henry Clayton will remain as CEO of Westinsure Webb until the integration has completed.
Westinsure Webb has two advisers and a total of £70m of assets under advice.
Kelsall Steele Investment Services was established in 1997 and is headquartered in Truro in Cornwall. It was among the earliest of IWP’s acquisitions and has been established as one of the group’s regional hubs.
